Parish Council and Finance Committee

The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is a consultative body which assists and supports the pastor in his leadership role.  Ready to offer their many gifts and talents, the PPC members take an active role in the parish.  The PPC meets approximately once a month to pray, plan, reflect and discuss what is happening in the life of the parish.  The input offered by the council members helps the pastor to have a realistic vision of the parish and to discern the best way to respond to the needs.

The PPC members serve for a term of three years with the possibility for re-selection or re-appointment.  The qualifications needed to determine that a person be nominated for the selection process are:

•     Fully initiated Catholic, age 18 or older;

•     Registered in the parish and regularly participating and contributing parishioner; and

•     Willing to attend at least 6 meetings per year.
