Prayer Shawl Ministry

The Prayer Shawl Ministry began at St. Joseph's in March, 2007.  Knitting of a shawl involves prayer and friendship.  The shawl is then given to people in the parish who need prayer and healing.  Come to a session and discover more about this beautiful ministry.  Bring your knitting/crochet materials with you.  Donations of yarn and needles are gratefully accepted.  If you do not have materials on hand but would like to join, please feel free to come as we usually have some donated materials.  Pattern instructions will be provided or you may create your own.

If you no longer knit/crochet but want to be involved, please come to help instruct beginners or those who may want a refresher.

Men, women and children are welcome.  The group meets on the second Saturday of each month from 10 am - 11:30 am.
